The email will include a list of information you need to gather before your consultation. This will help Karen provide the most personalised advice.
Step 3: Prepare for Your Consultation
Collect all the necessary information as outlined in the email.
This may include your list of medications, medical history, and any questions or concerns you have.
Step 4: Book Your Time Slot
Using the link provided in the email, book a suitable time slot for your consultation with Karen.
Step 5: Choose Your Consultation Method
You have the option to select either a phone consultation or a Zoom call.
A Zoom call may be more beneficial if you have skin conditions that require visual assessment.
Step 6: Attend the Consultation
At the scheduled time, Karen will contact you via your chosen method (phone or Zoom) to conduct the consultation.
Step 7: Follow-Up
After the consultation, you may receive a follow-up email summarising the discussion and outlining any recommended next steps.
Full Refund Opportunity: If you qualify for a MedsCheck or Diabetes MedsCheck, which is subsidised by Medicare, you may be eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
To qualify, you must have a Medicare card, be on 5 or more medications, have suffered from an adverse medical event or side-effect from any of your medications, or have recently been discharged from the hospital.
If you meet these criteria, we will issue a full refund after your appointment.
