1. Apply twice a day to affected area. Use on intact skin only.

Lotions and creams contain water in their formulation which requires a small amounts of preservatives such as salicylic acid and lactic acid to prevent the growth of other harmful organisation such as bacteria and fungi. Do not use if allergic to these preservatives. If skin is reactive or going through a flare-up, they can cause a stinging sensation on broken skin. Our balms or oil serums are recommended instead.

Tobe eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition thatyou received it, unused, with tags, and in its originalpackaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get whatyou want is to return the item you have, and once the return isaccepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve receivedand inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approvedor not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your originalpayment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank orcredit card company to process and post the refund too.
