Propolis Balm

1. Clean the skin gently first (with normal saline if required for a minor wound).
Dry with some sterile gauze.

2. Apply the Propolis Balm to the affected area twice a day.

You can apply 2-3 drops of the Active 8 Serum for an extra boost of hydration for dry or peeling skin.

For mild-moderate eczema flare-ups: Best used with a Tubifast dressing if the area is quite significant, as the Tubifast dressing is light, breathable, reusable and helps to prevent the child from scratching and the product is absorbed better (rather than rubbing off on clothing or bedding).

For more irritated or areas with broken skin from scratching, the balms are still the best. If the affected area is wet or oozing, or on the diaper area, you can also add a layer of Zinc Oxide cream such as Sudocream over the balm.

* If skin is showing signs of an active infection, ie yellow crust, swollen and warm to touch, swollen, rash is spreading, fever or if symptoms are not improving, seek medical advice.
Test patch before use and discontinue if allergic reaction occurs.

Propolis contains trace amounts of pollen, which can cause an allergic reaction. Do not use if allergic to pollen or grass. Discontinue use if allergic reaction occurs.

The fastest way to ensure you get whatyou want is to return the item you have, and once the return isaccepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve receivedand inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approvedor not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your originalpayment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank orcredit card company to process and post the refund too.
