This manuka balm has been unbelievable. With such a serious wound, and with issues getting the skin to fuse, l was in serious trouble of scaring badly. The balm was applied every day once the wound was strong enough to rub. Consistency is the key. And 18 mnths on you can hardly see the scar at all. Brilliant. I cannot thank you enough.
Our family has been using dermagen Manuka oil balm since 2022. We love it! We use the big jar for everyday use, and the small tin is always in our bag wherever we go - its so handy to bring everywhere just in case you've got bites/scratches, especially if you have a little one.

I love this product. I’ve been suffering from TSW since Feb 2024 and my mum introduced me to this product in Jul 2025. In Aug 2025 I went through my most severe flare up with 5-6 open wounds on my face. But thanks to the propolis balm, the wounds fully healed within 4 days! The application was soothing and didn’t sting at all and I applied it on my full body twice a day and 3-4 times a day on the wound areas. I did experience some more wounds on my face after that but they decreased in severity and healed faster each time, only taking about 2-3 days to heal. The photos show my first day with the flare, the second day and then the fourth day - you can see that the wounds are almost completely gone! As someone suffering from TSW who’s exhausted trying so many products and healing methods, I feel secure to treat my skin with Dermagen. The only downside is that I finish the 100mL jar within a week, and would love a larger quantity! Luckily they’re local and provide express shipping!

I was so so lucky to accidentally get into the pharmacy that Karen ran on Dec 24 2024. Destiny! I was in so much pain and distress with the flare up of ecezma on my face. Karen spent 30 mins out of her busy line-up and got me the products. In the 2 weeks, my face had gradually calmed down. Pain, swelling and redness have subsided. Of course, I still need to be careful about any irritants but these products really help soothing and relieving the dryness and pain.

Amazing product!! I first tried it on my son's skin (months prior he had really bad sunburn across his shoulders.) He felt a noticeable difference instantly, he now uses it on his shoulders to replenish and heal the skin. We used it for acne, amazing, dramatic difference and overnight relief. If I have a sore tummy, I use this oil. This is a little bottle of 'magic, liquid gold'. We all use it daily in our house ❤️

DermaGen Soap-Free Cleanser - Gentle Enough for the Whole Family
I use this on Miss 5 now mild Eczema (thanks to dermagen) but recently she got a scratch on her chin from a tree branch. After a clean on went the propolis balm 1 to 2 times a day. A before and after to show it healing nicely after 3 days. Highly recommend this product for various skin conditions.

Love the Propolis Balm.The first image is of, dare I say, "age warts" immediately after liquid nitrogen treatment. The 2nd image is 7 days after treatment with the use of Propolis Balm. I'm impressed.I use it daily after showering .A little goes along way, it's easy to apply, doesn't stain clothes and is soothing. It is now part of my skin regime. I'm 69 years old, love vintage and retro clothes, still wear shorts and skirts so I like to keep my skin in good nick. So Propolis Balm is the my go to skin aid.Enjoy folks.

My son has severe eczema that's quite challenging to manage as he also has many food and environmental allergies. The Manuka Oil lotion has been a great help in moisturising his skin and strengthening his skin barrier especially during his flare ups. We use the lotion all the time to help his skin so it doesn't cut open easily when he's itching. We stopped using steroids as his skin was getting worse and we were given stronger steroids that eventually stopped working until we came across Dermagen and decided to give this product a go. Hope this product can also help others who are battling eczema.
Just want to sincerely say thank you so much to the Dermagen team for formulating such incredible oils. I use the Manuka oil balm on my baby’s face and body for everything from baby acne to preventing drool or nappy rash and it not only smells divine, it really works to nourish and keep baby’s skin conditioned. Pimples are kept at bay within a day. The propolis oil helped immensely with keeping my baby’s cradle cap under control, as you can see in the provided image. I also personally use both oils to keep my own pregnancy hormonal acne at bay and any contact dermatitis that appears - huge improvements with just one day of usage for me too. I’ve been telling everyone I love about these awesome oils and getting them to patch test it for themselves. Truly amazing stuff. Thanks again Dermagen!

My little son decided to run down the driveway and stop using his face. We put nothing on it except the Manuka balm and in 4 days it was all cleared up! This stuff is amazing!!

I have pretty severe eczema and have been through TSW, this cream is one of the only ones I've used that actually helps to take down my flares without steroids! I like that it helps with my inflammation, has antiseptic properties to help prevent infections, soothes the skin and it smells really good too, which is not common for sensitive skin care.
After several doctors visits, a Chinese herbalist, acupuncture & an allergy clinic I finally figured out I had contracted Scabies. After the Scabies treatment, which eliminated the Scabies mite I was left with a persistent post scabies itch .Many itch creams later I read about Manuka Balm & decided to give it a try . I have been using it for over 2 months now, the itch quickly disappeared & my damaged skin is almost back to normal. Also using it for my grandson's acne & pleased with the results so far .
