    You can apply 2-3 drops of the Active 8 Serum for an extra boost of hydration and healing.Best used with a Tubifast dressing if the area is quite significant, as the Tubifast dressing is light, breathable, reusable and helps to prevent the child from scratching and the product is absorbed better (rather than rubbing off on clothing or bedding).

    Our products are formulated with hero ingredients such as Manuka Oil, micronised Propolis and Niacinamide (Vit B3). Manuka Oil has benefits such as minor antiseptic properties, reduces skin inflammation and supporting collagen production.

    Yes. Our Lotions and Serums are recommended for over 3 years, but our balms can be used from 12 months onwards. For babies 3-12 months, we recommend diluting the balm 50:50 with another cream or moisturiser to reduce the concentration of essential oils. Alternatively, you can also use the Manuka Soothing Butter which has been formulated for those with sensitive skin or allergic to Propolis or Lavender Oil.

    Yes you can, as bee sting is different to bee saliva and beeswax.

    No, they do not. But Manuka oil and other essential oils have a natural scent.

    They both will do the same thing, but people allergic to grass or pollen should use the Manuka Oil Balm.

    Good question. It depends on history/duration topical steroid use, the potency, the amount and the area it was applied on. Most of the time, when used correctly, side-effects rarely occurs.

    The most common difference is with TSW, the skin is a diffused redness which looks like sunburn, feels hot, and the rebound symptoms usually starts a few days to a week after stopping topical steroid use. Skin can go through various stages during the withdrawal process, such as dry, flaky, peeling, or bring very intensely itchy.
